About the Author Sally Moomaw: Dr. Sally Moomaw is an assistant professor at the University of Cincinnati in early childhood education and special education. Previously, she was a preschool teacher and the director for professional development at the University of Cincinnatis Arlitt Center. Dr. Moomaw holds a bachelors degree in music, a masters in child development, and a doctorate in special education. She is the co-author of eleven books on early childhood education, including the More Than...series and Lessons from Turtle Island. Brenda Hieronymus: Brenda Hieronymus is an academic researcher, lead teacher and assistant director for the child development program at the Arlitt Center, and teaches courses in early literacy and math methods in the early childhood education department at the University of Cincinnati. She holds a bachelors degree in kindergarten/primary education and a masters degree in early childhood education. Brenda has provided numerous workshops and presentations for early childhood educators across the country and is the co-author of Redleaf Presss More Than...series.
