Product Description A complete cross bar system and J-Style kayak carrier 2-Pack. Offering maximum durability & affordability for two boats on bare roof vehicles The VersaRail™ instantly transforms a bare roof into a functional and stable platform. Transport bikes, boats & storage systems, or oversized loads from the hardware store. Available in 50" and 58" lengths, these load bars come assembled and ready to install. Includes twin cup vacuum towers, 1.5" attachment straps and a Five Year Limited Warranty offered through the manufacturer. Always refer to Malone’s Fit Guide for proper, correct and approved vehicle fit. VersaRail™ Cross Bars are for vehicles with a bare roof. Please Note : Installation requires two pass-through straps that can inhibit the deployment of side-curtain air bags. In no event will Malone be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special exemplary, or punitive damages, or, for any other damages of any kind or nature due to the installation and/or use of Malone VersaRail™ Cross Bars. Bow and stern safety tie-downs are required for all Malone rooftop transport(s). Failure to correctly install and use safety tie-down lines voids all warranty and liability. Carefully review instructions and register your warranty prior to first time use. For temporary use only. Remove when not in use. The VersaRail™ is NOT suitable for use with rooftop tents. These carriers easily handle most sit-inside, and, sit-on-top kayaks. Features include a universal fit hardware package for round, square and oval cross bars. The J-Rack is covered by a One Year Limited Warranty which guarantees product replacement for materials or workmanship related problems. Please Note : The base of the carrier has a rectangular "cutout" that has been included for square cross bar fit. More About Dick's Sporting Goods at Liberty Center

DICK’S Sporting Goods was founded in 1948 when an 18 year-old Dick Stack was working at an Army surplus store in Binghamton, New York. An avid fisherman, Dick was approached by the store owner to come up with a list of products needed to get into the fishing tackle business. After Dick presented his suggestions, the owner told him he was a dumb kid and had no idea what he was doing. Dick was upset and promptly quit. He went to his grandmother’s house where he spent a lot of time as a kid and told her what had happened. Dick’s grandmother asked how much it would cost to build the store himself. Dick said it would cost $300. His grandmother then went to the cookie jar where she kept her life savings and gave him $300 and told him “do it yourself.” Dick used that money and his relentless work-ethic to open a bait-and-tackle shop in Binghamton. By 1958, he expanded his product line to include much of what you’ll find at DICK’S Sporting Goods today.
