ORDERING GUIDELINES Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged XL Head Design A bigger head allows us to position more mass away from the center of the club for more MOI. That MOI boosts forgiveness to levels that help all your shots launch high and fly straight. Full-Face Grooves For the first time ever in an Iron, Full-Face Grooves help you get consistent performance no matter where you strike the ball. A 2-line, groove-based alignment system helps you squarely address your ball and setup on-line to your target. HydraZip HydraZip Technology uses a dynamic blast system designed to maximize spin in wet or dry conditions, and from anywhere around the green. This proprietary spin technology ensures consistent performance in all conditions and from any lie. Three Sole Transition Long Irons feature GlideRail, which improves turf interaction and promotes solid contact on sweeping swings. Mid-range lofts feature our V-Shaped sole, designed to cut through turf so you can hit down on the ball without digging. In the short Irons, our Three-Tiered Sole provides maximum forgiveness on pitches, chips, and bunker shots. MainFrame Designed using artificial intelligence, MainFrame uses a variable thickness pattern to increase ball speed, while unique weight pad designs ensure maximum forgiveness across the face. Action Mass CB An 8-gram weight tucked into the end of the shaft counterbalances the club for more control without extra effort. This counterweight helps the club feel lighter on takeaway and stay stable through impact.

More About Dick's Sporting Goods at Liberty Center

DICK’S Sporting Goods was founded in 1948 when an 18 year-old Dick Stack was working at an Army surplus store in Binghamton, New York. An avid fisherman, Dick was approached by the store owner to come up with a list of products needed to get into the fishing tackle business. After Dick presented his suggestions, the owner told him he was a dumb kid and had no idea what he was doing. Dick was upset and promptly quit. He went to his grandmother’s house where he spent a lot of time as a kid and told her what had happened. Dick’s grandmother asked how much it would cost to build the store himself. Dick said it would cost $300. His grandmother then went to the cookie jar where she kept her life savings and gave him $300 and told him “do it yourself.” Dick used that money and his relentless work-ethic to open a bait-and-tackle shop in Binghamton. By 1958, he expanded his product line to include much of what you’ll find at DICK’S Sporting Goods today.
